Since 2011, AK Kerani has promoted knitting as a therapeutic and creative outlet, sparking mental health discussions and fostering communities along the way.
Danielle Kerani, Founder/CEO
I started AK Kerani as a 19-year-old freshman in college. Though at first it was just a platform to sell knit goods I had been working on, I watched, sometimes behind the scenes, as it became a revolution. I live each day with the hope of making the dark days of those around me better and believe with all my heart that mental health is a universal pursuit.
In my spare time, I can be found writing songs at the keyboard, jetting off on long runs, out on the town with friends, relaxing with family in New York City or Texas or laughing. I'm grateful to my entire team at AK Kerani and my passion and dream is to continue to take the company to new heights!
